We use Australian Post service to deliver your order.
Or sometimes some other courier services for bigger orders (door to door delivery).
All orders which are less than $35 in value will be posted via Australian Post Standard Shipping (please let us know if you need it delivered quicker – additional fee apply). Orders over $40 will be posted via Express Post.
Standard Shipping – please allow up to 7 days depending on your location.
Express Post – is only guaranteed next day delivery to certain locations throughout Australia. Before choosing the Express Post option, please check wether your location is covered by the Next Day Delivery Network on the Australia Post website.
Please be aware that the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas are a very busy time for Australia Post and couriers and they do take longer to deliver your order during the Christmas rush. Please allow at least 7 working days for delivery of your order during this time.
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours.
For some parcels, our courier will email you a tracking number. For others we may be able to track your parcel upon request. If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will check the status of your parcel.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order, we will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund you for the goods if you prefer.
If the products were not what you were expecting or you simply change your mind, you may return them to us for a refund, but must cover the cost of shipping them back to us. In this case a refund will be given to you upon us receiving the products back in the same condition which they were sent. The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

International retail customers:
Postage to elsewhere in the world is a flat rate of just $15 and the minimum order is $35 . This is determined during the checkout process. We send our overseas packages by registered airmail and your parcel will take up to 10 days to arrive depending on your location. A signature is required on delivery.
